We also offer free 10 minute phone consultations to help answer your questions and introduce you to your therapist.
You will be emailed consent forms for completion prior to your first appointment. This will take you 10-15 minutes.
In preparation for the first session, think about what questions you have for your therapist and what you are looking to get out of therapy. Your therapist will ask you various questions to better learn about you from you.
Meet with your psychologist via phone or video. This is an opportunity for you and your therapist to get to know each other. Tell your therapist more about yourself so they can provide you with individualized help. Your therapist will work with you to formulate a unique treatment plan for you.
Continue improving your mental health.
At the end of each session, your therapist will offer to book the next session. If you do not wish to book on the spot, you may book online or contact us to help you book at a later time.
Weekly sessions are generally recommended to continue to work on your goals. Your therapist will work with you to offer you the scheduling flexibility you need.
